Comfortable 40' fishing machine, the cockpit of a Cabo 40' is spacious & equipped with all things necessary to fish anywhere.  She is finely engineered for comfort and fishability.

The cockpit bait prep area includes a bait freezer, rigging center, a sink and a three-drawer locker. Two large in-deck fish boxes with macerators and pump-outs run fore and aft flanking the Bluewater fighting chair (freshly refinished) with 4-rod rocket launcher. Engine room access is adjacent to the bait prep center and is located centerline in the cockpit. The in-transom live well with window, the transom door with lift gate, and padded coaming boards are just a few of the added features that make this vessel a pleasure to fish.

The interior is just as finely engineered for comfort and utilizes molded components for floors, staterooms and two heads.The salon is large with an L-shaped leather sofa to port facing a slightly raised dinette with a custom teak high gloss table. The galley is a step down to port. It offers slight separation by way of a serving bar style counter top. This open arrangement enhances the social feel between the salon and galley. The galley boasts everything a 40’ shipboard gourmet could possibly need. The step-down galley features Corion countertops, a recessed 2-burner cooktop, microwave, sink, and side-by-side refrigerator/freezer. Under the galley sole is a cavernous storage area.

The starboard guest stateroom has a double berth with a slide-out berth overtop. The master stateroom features a double island berth with storage underneath, a hanging locker, 2 rod lockers with horizontal rod racks, a 15" flat screen television, and has access to the starboard second head.  This boat has not been modified and has two heads.

A beam of 15'9" gives this vessel spacious accommodations and a stable ride. Everywhere you look, above or below deck, you see detail, thought, and flawless execution.  Includes a Revere offshore elite life raft that was just recertified, with next service due May 2017.A definitely must see

Cabo hit a home run with the layout on the 40. In the bow is the master stateroom with a walk around queen sized berth, outboard rod lockers, two hanging lockers, and generous storage under the berth. The master head has a large shower, Vacuflush head, and more storage. The midships guest stateroom has a large double berth with storage under and a unique slide-out bunk above. Across the companionway is a guest head. The galley is down a step from the salon and has teak and holly flooring, corian counter tops, side by side refrigerator and freezer, two burner cook top, deep sink, multiple drawers and a large storage area under the floor. When you step into the salon, you are greeted by teak and holly flooring with a carpet overlay as well as newly installed carpeting in the Galley and Salon, ultra leather settees and dinette with teak table, Bose surround sound system and beautiful satin finished teak. You will find the main electrical panel immediately to starboard. Below the port settee is rod storage.
