Sea Craft 23 Potter Built - (Totally Refit in 2013!)

1972 Bill Potter 23 SeaCraft full restored in 2013/2014 with new transom (full height). Boat is in excellent condition!

-Motor: 2008 Honda BF225 outboard with 380 hours. Motor was purchased in 2012 with 50 hours on the meter. All service is up-to-date. Oxygen sensor was replaced in 2013. Lower unit oil changed in 2014. All filters (fuel, water, oil) changed in 2014. Motor runs perfect. Comes with Mercury Enertia prop. Cruise speed is 27mph at 4200 rpm with economy of 3.2-3.4 mpg (light) and 2.8-3.0 loaded (depending upon sea condition). I've never seen anything less than 2.8 mpg. WOT is 6150 and 42 mph.

- Electronics: 10in Furuno NavNet 2 color chartplotter with 4kw 24in radome radar, Furuno 620 sonar with Airmar B-60 transducer

-Other: Integrated Leaning Post and 50-gallon Livewell (if you dont need a leaning post/livewell, a Bluewater leaning post can be installed)

-New 100-gallon, epoxy coated fuel tank

-All new fuel hoses.

-All new wiring (everything single wire from the batteries to the bilge pump wires was replaced)

-Two new Rule bilge pump

-450 quart insulated ice/fish box

-Leaning post/livewell, Livewell is 50-gallon

-Two - 800 gph Rule Livewell pumps, each has a dedicated seacock fitting

-2 -- LED spreader lights

-Performance: 4200 rpm = 27-28 mph at 3.2-3.4 mpg (light), WOT is 6150 rpm and 42 mph

-Rupp Top Gun Outriggers

-20-amp Guest battery charger

-Birdsall cobia tower (folds for transport and/or easily removed)

-Three-sided spray curtains. Look new (never used)

-Boat has 2 seacocks (1 on the livewell discharge, 1 on the livewell supply). Both are new.

-2008 Continental 10,000 tandem aluminum axle trailer with 15in tires. Light work fine but no brakes. Trailer is in excellent condition. Probably has under 500 miles on it. Only used for 10-mile trips to the boat ramp.

-Every single system works exactly as designed.
