"Last Affair"  is a great live-a-board and proven bluewater cruiser. She is a center cockpit with a modified full keel. The present owners have spent a great deal of money on upgrades and updates in the last several years. Some of these upgrades include plumbing, LED lighting, paneling, wiring, newly designed navigation station. refrigeration, 2013 chain plates replaced, to name a few.

Powered by a Perkins 4-108 diesel engine. She had a bottom job in October 2014 where there was one blister reported. The hull was also painted. Spacious interior with plenty of room for family or friends. Two cabin layout, good galley and nav desk opposite. Lots of opening ports and hatches.

Accommodations for six. Main salon with dinette. Custom teak cabinetry behind settee. Two heads. Large V-berth with storage, hanging locker, shelves and drawers. Opening hatch's and ports. Ports have been recently rebedded (2013). Peek A-Boo Shutters installed (2014). Both hatches have canvas covers and both have been re-bedded. The port hatch was refurbished at the factory. Large dinette table in storage.

The previous owner replaced the salon foam and fabric on all cushions in (2011).

Settee to starboard has two custom teak cabinets made in 2013. this houses the 2013 TV. Cabinets offer easy access to the chain plates for inspections. Caframo 12-volt fan, wiring for 12-volt fans around the mast. Webasto16,000 BTU reverse cyscle AC installed under port settee (2012).

Large hatch in V-berth, 12-volt lighting, access to forward head from V-berth. Custom mattress with memory foam topper.

The aft cabin is spacious with a large double berth with a custom fir memory foam mattress. Large opening hatch with canvas cover. Three opening ports that were re-bedded in 2012 and two non-opening ports on the stern. All ports have custom privacy shade/shutters. Hanging locker and  shelves and drawer space. The aft cabin has gone through an entire refit in (2012/2013). This includes new side panels, rebuilt small seat under bunk, new sole in places and all new wood coach house panels. New 12-volt wiring, 2 new 12-volt lights. Carfamo multi-speed adjustable fan. Additional 12-volt wiring in aft cabin for optional reading lights or fans. Vizio 24" Smart TV with remote (2013) Cable TV wiring has been run to the aft cabin.

Forward head has new plumbing and fixtures (2013). Manual Jabasco head. Overboard flush only.

The aft head was refit in 2013. The entire sanitation system was installed in 2013 with new hoses, holding tank and an electric Raritan Elegance head plumbed with fresh water, new fixtures (2013). Custom teak and holly counter with carved teak sink.
