1961 Chris-Craft 26 Continental This 1961 CHRIS-CRAFT 26 CONTINENTAL is absolutely stunning. The boat, believed to only have two owners has been very well cared for over the years. She is powered by a Chevy 350 CID custom made in 2008 with roughly 100 hours.Cruises at 25 knots with a top speed of 34 knots. The hull is constructed of Mahogany lap strake type planking. The transom is varnished mahogany in excellent condition. Bilge is clean throughout with easy access. Cockpit is approximately 16'X8' with a large raised engine box centerline and a full width transom bench. Mahogany windshield frame and cabin door. Well fit and freshly varnished. Helm and observer benches a also varnished mahogany. Both in excellent condition. Prop shafts are 1.25" diameter stainless steel. Stuffing Boxes are bronze adjustable collar type.
