1993 Custom Built 22 This vessel was SOLD on February 13. 1993 Custom 22 foot houseboat. Powered by a 1998 Mercury 125 two stroke outboard. Seller is unsure of the hours on it, but says they are low. Deck is made of fiberglass. House is made of wood and the roof is fiberglass as well. Boat features everything you would need to live on the water! Galley with sink and wood counter tops. Air conditioning as well. Berth for two and full bath and head! Boat has two batteries and can be hooked up to shore power but seller recommends a small portable generator to power appliances.
