Century 1760 Sea Maid

1947 Century 1760 Sea Maid Boat was completely restored in 2003. New double plant bottom applied with west system. All original parts were used. All chrome parts were re-chromed. Gauges professionally re-done. New bottom framing members were replaced or repaired. Original engine was rebuilt in 2004. It now has approximately 300 hours on it. Transmission was rebuilt in 2006. All wiring was redone and converted to a 12 volt system. Electronic ignition was installed. Automatic bilge pump was installed. New fuel tank was installed. Decks and side plants were re-screwed, sanded to bare wood, stained to match original colors and refinished with 12 coats of clear high gloss varnish. New upholstery and new seat foam was installed. We have used the boat each summer of Lake Whatcom. It was stored in a lakeside boat house. Approximately 20 hours per summer were put on the rebuilt engine.
