The Lemstra 36 is sandblasted in 2013. After that some holes appeared due to rust from inside out. It is repairable damage, but (part of) the iterior needs to be taken away. 

The boat is built by Schutte in Stadskanaal (NL). The multi-chine hull has a welded fin keel and the rudder is mounted to a skeg. The skeg itself is stabilized by two plates. 

In order to have incoming water to drain quickly Lemstra opted for a virtually flus deck with a low superstructure. The cockpit offers enough space for a crew of 6 persons. The cutter rig is heavy duty, like all deck fittings and anchor gear. On the stern a wind autopilot is mounted, as well as a wind generator on a mast.

The interior is simple made ??with teak and white panels. There is in the midship a table with a U-shaped sofa. Right are two chairs with table between them. Left is the L-shaped galley with stove, oven and fridge. Opposite is the nav station with the necessary navigation equipment including a computer. There is a heater amidships.

There is a separate front cabin with two beds. Right aft is a large pilot berth, and by lowering the table are a further two beds made??. Left amidships is a spacious bathroom with wardrobe opposite. The 2007 engine is reached by removing the stairs and the side panels.
