Four winches, 2 winch handles, bottom scraped and painted last year, rudder and keel are solid. Encased the tiller in fiberglass last winter. All sails are in very good condition. Not much in the way of instruments, I was using smartphone and Navteq software for speed, compass and charts. Built in analog compass is missing, wind direction indicator on top of mast works, porta potty that we haven't used but I think its actually connected to a pump out on exterior, a stainless sink that I haven't used because there was no water pump when I bought the boat and i didn't bother putting one in because we didn't need it, vhf radio works, fire extinguisher, floating throw ring, 4 new ugly orange life jackets, black mainsail cover, stainless swim ladder, cushions in reasonable condition, one does have a rip on seam. Includes steel cradle with 6 adjustable jack stand heads. Boat is in the water in first slip on A dock at Southport Marina in Kenosha.
