Islander Yachts Catalina Style

This is a 2 owner Fresh Water boat in nice shape.  She was purchased new by my high school English teacher and I sold it to the current owner about 18 years ago.  She is a strong, solid 30 footer looking to continue her journey. 

She sleeps 5 in 2 cabins.  The vee-berth forward sleeps 2 and features a filler and P&S hanging lockers and an accordion privacy door.  Aft and to starboard is a wash basin with flexible shower head, H&C pressure water and a manual head to port. Their is a privacy door into the main cabin area.  The bulkhead mounted table is to port and features a fold out leaf.  Their are single settee's to both port and starboard.  The galley is aft and to port and features a single SS sink w/ H&C pressure water and a manual foot put.  A Hillerange 2 burner alcohol stove with oven is outboard.  The ice box is aft. Across from the galley is the electrical panel and quarter berth that sleeps one.
