Stock #70363 This boat needs some TLC on the outside of the boat. There is no damage to any part of the boat that can't be fixed with minor repairs but there is very little that I could spot externally that needed any kind of maintenance except for some elbow grease.

Structurally the boat appears to be in very nice shape especially for the age of the boat. There is no visible hull damage and all sails, rigging's, and safety rails appear to be in very good shape.

The original motor on this boat was removed completely last year and was replaced with an outboard 6 hp Yamaha with 10 gallons of fuel capacity.

None of the instruments in the cockpit or on either side of the aft part of the main cabin work. The owner left them in place for all of the obvious reasons.

The galley is equipped with a two burner stove but that has been disconnected as the current owner does not use that stove. The aft wind gauge at the to of the sail does work but the forward wind gauge at the top of the sail does not work.

In the main cabin the wood has been kept up very nicely and the floor could probably use new carpeting but that carpeting is certainly functional as it stands right now.

The head on this boat is actually very clean and quite roomy.

The forward berth is in good shape and all of the cushions throughout the boat are showing the usual wear and tear that could be expected but they are certainly not torn or ragged by any means.

With the exception of the instruments all of the lighting and electrical outlets are in sound working order including navigation lights.
