2004 Bayliner 265 SB powered by fuel efficient single 5.0 Mercruiser 260 HP with Bravo III outdrive with approximately 652 hours. The hours are low/cruising speed hours and canal hours. She is a perfect family cruiser and has a cabin setup for maximum interior space. 27 feet overall, and 9.6 ft beam gives more than 6'2" headroom in cabin. I am the second owner, and she has never been in salt water from either owner.
Exterior -- beautiful hull with clean lines and fresh bottom paint and new anodes at beginning of 2014 season. Oil/filters/gear lube changes once a season. Trim tabs in proper working order. Currently in the water and ready for showing.

As of 10/23/14-The boat has been taken out of the water and all systems have been checked and are in great shape, no repairs needed. All boat systems have been winterized--fresh water, head, engine. Engine oil/filter has been changed. Outdrive gear lube has been changed (done yearly). Bottom paint in perfect shape. Entire boat has been cleaned and waxed. Carpets have been shampooed. Batteries have been removed for winter storage. All that's left is a final coat of wax, and engine/outdrive gets a spray of corrosion inhibitor (we are fresh water only but I'm obsessive compulsive!). and it'll be shrink wrapped within 2 weeks. Power is still available if anyone wants to see it. In short, she is in perfect shape.
