Neptune 24

New, never launched Neptune 24 full fin keel.  This was going to be to be the factory's special race boat before the owner became ill.

 I has never touched the water and is in need of being commission and finalized.  We are selling her for the family as an estate sail.  A new boat at a used boat price, plus some "sweat equity".  Take a look at her. We have a rig and sails for her.
