C&C 33-Mark Ii

1. Boat purchased in September 2011 from Mark Zeigler Yachts, Jacksonville, FL
2. A Survey was performed prior to purchase in August 2011; copy available; all recommended corrective measures were completed.
3. I performed routine maintenance; repairs done by Jeff Wilder, Jacksonville, FL, and Alt Marine, Louisville, KY, and by owner;
4. Some repair documents, such as purchase orders, etc, are available for inspection;
5. Bottom was painted in spring of 2012 with Petit Ultracoat (?)
6. Damage history; None during my ownership; there was pre-existing damage to mast step, cabin sole, and cabin windows; all repairs completed
7. There are no soft spots in deck or hull;
8. Last haul was November 16, 2012, by Marine Sales, Lou. KY
9. Photos to be emailed;
10. Blisters; Some blistering noted at purchase; bottom completely repaired in spring of 2012;
11. Hour meters are correct to the best o my knowledge.
