This one owner vessel is in turnkey condition and expertly maintained with new standing rigging  (2014) and new Garmin 740S GPS chartplotter (2014) following a huge refit in 2010 that included soda blasting and recoating the hull with 3 epoxy barrier coats, plus new port light lenses and gaskets, new Raritan 6-gallon water heater and new lifelines.

Maintenance in 2013 included a new tachometer, new Westerbeke alternator, new masthead light, new genoa sheets and bottom paint.

"L.T.D." features the Classic cabin layout version of this popular sloop which highlights Maine craftmens' joinery skills with teak bulkheads, bins and a teak and holly sole. There is a 6'-4" Vee berth forward with shelving above and drawers below. More drawers and a hanging locker to starboard and a good sized head with hot and cold pressure lavatory and shower, freshwater foot pump and Groco marine toilet (new pump 2014)  to port.

 The spacious main salon has a fixed dinette table and 6'-4" settees to port and starboard. Aft to starboard is the forward facing navigation station w/electronics control panel and quarter berth aft. The U-shaped galley is to port and has a deep stainless steel sin,  2 burner alcohol stove with oven and well-insulated ice box. Sleeps two forward in the private state room, one in aft quarter berth, 2 on port saloon settee convertible to a double berth, and one on starboard settee. All cushions replaced in 2003. There is a teak magazine rack, numerous lockers, shelves and bins even including a tool drawer. Four opening ports w/screens, two overhead hatches w/screens and four dorade vents guarantee plenty of natural light and ventilation
