Ericson 35 Mk Iii - Priced to sell!

This is a well cared for 35' Ericson 1984. She has had many upgrades in the last several years. "Alida" is equipped for long sails, her owners took her to the Bahamas and had a wonderful sail. Forward is the V- berth which sleeps two very comfortably with ample hanging and drawer space along with a nice shelf on both sides. The enclosed manual marine head is to port with a separate shower stall. A new (2013) holding tank was just installed. Across to starboard is more hanging lockers and drawer space. Next aft is the settee with storage behind, above and below the seat. Across to port is a "U" shaped dinette that seats 6 and lowers to become a berth for two. Directly aft is the nav station, electrical panel and a large Quarter berth which is cozy for two adults. Across and to starboard, is the well laid out U-shaped galley complete with a Stainless Steel sink, an ice box, 12V Norcold refrigerator, 3 burner propane stove with oven & lots of storage, counter space and lockers.
