Rossiter Yachts, Christchurch Pintail

Pylstaart" (Dutch for Pintail) is a heavy displacement cruising classic yacht with an all weather sailing ability. She is stiff and well balalanced with a powerful sea kindly hull. Long centre keel with internal 2.1 ton lead ballast moulded-in. The blue hull and deck constructed under Lloyds supervision to 100A1 classification. Overall length 8.31 meters Beam 2.67m (8'9") and a draft of 1.06m (3'6")with twin bilge keels enabling her to enter drying creeks and harbours.

Her early life was in Holland (hence her name) and I have mainly sailed single handed since 2003. She is a dry boat and I boast that I have to clean the 'dust' from my bilges! The tiller can be left unattended on most points of sail and sea state (good for making a cup of tea!).

Very good condition Tan sails with sail handling from the cockpit. Beta 20hp engine with only 280 hours use.
