THE OVERALL CONDITION OF THIS BOAT IS BETTER THAN AVERAGE. WHILE IT NEEDS IN ADDITION TO THE ENGINE, REFRIGERATION, ELECTRONICS, AUTO PILOT AND DEPENDING ON WERE YOU ARE GOING TO SAIL AND WHEN YOU MAY NEED AC AND A GENERATOR FOR ON THE HOOK AC.

THE WOOD ON THE EXTERIOR NEEDS REFINISHING, 

NEEDS RUNNING RIGGING,

STANDING RIGGING IS 18 YRS OLD

WITH THESE IMPROVEMENTS YOU WOULD HAVE A COMFORTABLE  BLUE WATER  CRUISER WITH A NEW ENGINE FOR YEARS OF FUTURE SAILING
