Beneteau. 345 - New Arrival, Racer/Cruiser!!

The Beneteau First 345 was designed as a moderate displacement racer/cruiser, and much of its popularity has been because of its success in blending the two functions. In fact, it could be said that the First is a racing boat that contains a cruising interior. The architect is Jean Berret, a Frenchman noted for his cruising and racing designs. The fin keel and spade rudder of the 345, coupled with a shallow bottom, have minimal wetted surface. Her interior features varnished woodwork with private foreward and aft cabins, aft head, large salon with galley and nav station.

"Faster" is the shallow draft, tall rig model, owned by a knowledgeable sailor and shows pride of ownership!

 

Vessel Walkthrough

The interior of the 345 is neat, functional and roomy. Starting forward the layout has a large aft cabin, dual settees in the salon and roomy double v-berth forward. The aft cabin is starboard, aft and to port is the head with hot and cold shower, L-shaped galley is forward of the head, to starboard there is a good sized chart table. The Main salon is spacious with ample storage throughout. Headroom is more than six feet. The forward V-berth cabin is spacious, comfortable and private. There is a hanging closet to port, drawers to starboard and natural lighting from an overhead hatch. The aft cabin has a queen sized bed, hanging locker, shelves, and large storage compartment beneath the bunk. The Beneteau First 345 is one of the World's Best Racer Cruiser Built. The 345 is the perfect blend of performance sailing with comfortable accommodations below. “Faster” affords family cruising with style and bring home the trophy when out on the Race Course. Very Clean!
