C&C 38-2 - New arrival

The C&C 38 is a racer/cruiser with a fin keel, spade rudder and keel stepped mast with rod rigging and double spreaders designed by Rob Ball. 'Akeya' is a thoroughly modern version of this popular cruiser/racer with her Hinckley green awlgrip topsides , a newer diesel,electric winch, Max prop,   Seafrost refrigeration, propane stove,modern instruments, roller furler, newer upholstery, refinished salon table, sts holding tank and numerous custom features that make her a very comfortable long range cruiser and set her far apart from sister ships. She features a traditional layout with a v-berth in the forward cabin with shelves, bureau and lockers.Large overhead hatch w/screen Moving aft is the ships head to port with marine toilet, SS sink,pressure H?C water with handheld shower, sump pump and small hatch.Opposite to starboard is a large hanging locker. Continuing aft is the main salon with port and starboard settees both with pilot berths above there is a large double drop leaf dinning table.Recent upholstery in tasteful tan fabric w/ matching pillows and matching cockpit cushions. Table refinished in elegant Herreshoff fashion. Aft to port you will find an ample forward facing nav station and opposite to starboard is the ship's galley with a SS sink, 3 burner propane stove with oven and a large refrigerated ice box.Furthest aft to port is a large quarter berth.Upholstery in forward cabin, salon and quarter berth is all recent and in excellent condition.
