General Description
The J-29 is a performance cruiser that will carry good speed on all points of sail. These were built from 1982 to 1987 with 298 hulls produced. This design will sail at about 6.5kts well upwind, and is designed to build additional stability when planning downwind.

This particular vessel is a fractional rig, which will allow you to sail on the main when required/desired, and comes with a good inventory of sails. The J-29 is simple to own, and run as it has small outboard power, basic amenities yet berths for six.

If you would like to day sail, race, or experience some local cruising this vessel will do it on a budget, and provide a rewarding experience under sail.

Actual Condition
It was reported that this boat broke from her mooring during a Nor'easter. The hull sustained considerable fiberglass damage to the starboard bow and deck. The port side bow shows multiple areas that were impacted.

The interior appears to be fully intact and their is a full complement of sails inside the vessel.
