C&C Mark Iii

C & C makes a well constructed, great sailing boat. She has great lines and sails like a dream. This boat has been owned by her current owner for many years and he has come to the end of his sailing days. She has been moved inland and is stored on the hard. Most of the photos on this add were taken over a year ago, but represent how she can look with a good cleaning once she is back in the water. This boat is going to be a great deal for someone.

She has her master cabin forward, which features a V-Berth with filler. Moving aft she has a hanging locker to starboard and her enclosed head to port. Next is the main salon area which has settees both port and starboard. On starboard she has a day bunk above and behind the settee and on port she has storage lockers above and behind the settee. Aft in the main cabin on starboard is her U-shaped galley; mid-line companionway steps attached to the engine access and the nav station/quarter berth area. Her cockpit is T-shaped and has plenty of room to move about. Her deck is well laid out with inboard shrouds which lets one move freely for and aft.
