Constructed of GRP Solid Glass, ULAH was launched by SWANSON in Australia in1975. Her GRP Deck was replaced by Pro Yachting in 2009. Core samples of both are available for inspection on board. ULAH is a solid and dependable vessel which has taken her previous owners on some wonderful adventures in Australia, The Pacific and now SE Asia. Lying in Langkawi, Malaysia, ULAH is Australian Registered.

ULAH has been fastidiously maintained by her present owners and presents beautifully. Her warm timbers and plush Alcantara suede upholstery are welcoming, comfortable and yet practical to maintain. The Centre cockpit pilot house features a double settee area completely sheltered from the elements so can double as pilot berths for those long ocean passages or a perfect spot for sundowners. The aft Master double cabin also has a settee area and massive storage as has the single cabin stb’d. The large and comfortable Saloon features a cleverly designed dining table to seat at least 8. The electric head and shower are separate from the vanity basin area and an additional hot water shower is on deck.

The workshop in the forpeak is every cruisers dream with bench vice, electric grinder and a huge range of tools all easily accessible. This area also houses a Lemair fully automatic washing machine.
