This One Owner Fresh Water Hunter 31 is in Above Average Condition. She has been designed for ease of movement as well as maximum utilization of the 6' 3" headroom below decks as well as a fully equipped galley, fore and aft dinette, a complete private head with shower and vanity, a large chart table, berths for seven and loads of storage space. The boat has a Dodger, Bimini, Newer North Sails and is powered by a Yanmar 18HP Diesel.  

Traditional interior layout with L-shaped galley aft to starboard. Forward of the galley is the convertible U-shaped dinette with storage behind and below. 

To port is the settee with storage behind and below. Forward to starboard is the enclosed head with shower, opening porthole and storage. 

The V-berth is forward with good storage and overhead hatch. Aft is the Nav station and double quarter berth. Teak Interior, teak & holly sole.
