Rosborough Flybridge Sedan

BRAND NEW LISTING!

The Flybridge Sedan with its many configurations and custom options allows Rosborough Boats to offer a full range of vessels. These high quality craft provide economical seaworthy operation at moderate speeds. It is designed using the best characteristics of the North Atlantic commercial vessels. Deep keel and full bilges provide stability and seaworthiness while the flat run aft and shallow fore foot offer a unique blend of stability and soft entry. The full semi-displacement design allows a good turn of speed at sea, economy, and all the comfort of larger vessels. POWER PROFILE: Cummins diesel power provides the lowest 'cruise' fuel consumption and the broadest 'cruise' range of power options available. Since they are the lightest (lb-hp) of the industrial-duty engines, Cummins-powered boats are faster and perform better. B and C Series engines are among the most technically advanced in the world. Cummins has utilized this technology to make the engines simple. No special tools are required to repair the Cummins engine. Cummins were the only engines in their power-to-weight class to pass the U.S. Navy's grueling 1,000-hour endurance test. As a result, the B and C Series have been specified in all Navy applications requiring horsepower of this size. Cummins are the largest manufacturer of diesel engines 200-horsepower and larger in the world. CONSTRUCTION: The RF-35 is uniquely constructed with a molding system that results in a one-piece integrally molded hull with gunwale decks, stern deck, and bow deck flanges. The superstructure is match-molded to fit into the one-piece hull - deck structure. The hand rayed hull and superstructure are laminated using high quality hull laminating resins. The entire hull interior is treated with fire-retardant resin coating and structural bulkheads are sealed for moisture resistance. The stringers, bulkheads, floors and other structural members are heavily glassed to the hull with alternate layers of mats and rovings. Decks are molded in coamings and non-skid surfaces. FINISH: The exterior gelcoats are marine-grade quality in an off-white. Deck hardware, including the railing, is stainless steel. Gunwale guards are p.c. and windows are framed in anodized aluminum. The brightly finished interior is beige with teak trim accent. The head liner is satin beige with teak trim. The galley, settees, and other furniture is beige fiberglass with teak trim. Upholstery fabrics are multi-color to suit the interior color and trim. Cabin floors are finished in a varathaned teak and holly. Dash, head, and aft cabin bulkheads are teak veneer finish.
