X-Yachts X-102

From a racing point of view, the X-Yachts X-102 Mk11 has some exceptional sailing characteristics, its forte being windward work and light winds. The boat is very responsive to rudder and sail trim, almost dinghy like. The X-102 Mk11 is both stiff and dry. The engine is located just behind the mast, weight in bow and stern is reduced to a minimum by omitting unneeded interior in these areas. This improves upwind pointing and off wind performance. This is a good example of a well and regularly maintained X-102 Mk11 with lots of possibilities for cruising and racing with family and friends.

Ample accommodation is provided below decks (5 (+2) berths) in fore and aft cabins, headroom of 6’, folding saloon table. Galley includes a 2 burner gas stove with grill and oven, 2 sinks, ice box and foot pumped pressurised water system.  The marine toilet (New sea toilet 2013)  is located forward of the main saloon on the starboard side, finished throughout in blue/cream cloth upholstery, with curtains. Jan 2015 New upholstery, new flooring throughout the cabin.
