FRESHWATER TARTAN 34

The Tartan 34 is a true S&S designed classic.  Sister ships won the Port Huron-Mackinaw Race and her class in the Southern Ocean Racing Circuit. They have circumnavigated, and continue to make numerous single handed ocean passages.  Olin Stephans referred to her as a “masterpiece, as nothing outstanding or unusual about it, but everything seems to just work well“. She sleeps up to six in a cabin trimmed in teak with 6‘2“ headroom. The galley is starboard of the companionway with good storage and cooler accessible from the cockpit as well. There is a nav station to port forward of the quarter berth. The port settee will open to a double, starboard settee is a single with good storage above both. The table drops down from the bulkhead stowage. There are storage shelves above the V-berth with access to the anchor locker forward. This is a fresh water boat that has been lightly used. 1976, she truly exemplifies the “Spirit of ’76.”
