1988 37' Carol Ketch "Turtle Dove."  Engine is 2009 30hp Yanmar 3YM30 with fewer than 30 hrs.  Built by Jack Thompson.  Frames are white oak; planking is yellow pine fastened with copper rivets.  Deck to cabin knees made of applewood.  Cleats, rub rails, mooring posts, and interior trim made of black locust wood.  New cockpit (2009); deck recovered in 2009 with Dynel fabric; Saild: new mainsail and cover (2009), new staysail and cover (2009), used mizzensail, 130 jib, 100 jim, storm trysail, all used sails cleaned and repaired in 2009; ground tackle - 35 lb CQR; 50 lb CQR; chain rode and line; two ice boxes; winches and handles; optimus 2-burner alcohol stove; rear, center, and forward hatches; VHS radio; barometer; bulkhead mounted compass; swim ladder; 2 batteries (2009); boom gallows; tiller steering; 3 blade prop; navigation lights; 13 opening port lights; full keel; stainless steel bow pulpit; stainless steel stanchions and lines; external chain plates.
