36' Uniflite 1972 Aft Cabin Motoryacht Just out of the shipyard!!

The owner has installed a new port engine, as well as replacing the exhaust systems on both engines, and new bottom paint (2 coats).
A survey was done and the through hulls, sea strainers, and water valves were replaced. The props were removed, aligned and balanced, new packing glands and transducers were added, and the trim tabs were checked.
Another project just completed: redecorating and upgrading the interior, including new leather sofa and V-berth cushions. There is now, new seating upholstery on the flybridge. There are some new electronic navigational instruments on the bridge, a Raymarine C80 has been added to the extensive new electronics on the flybridge. There is also new window tinting, as well.
This is a very funtional and sought after, pre-blister Uniflite, and with the current $10,000 PRICE REDUCTION - she's priced to sell quickly!
