Dehler 43
This fine Dehler 43 CWS was launched in 1994 and built in GRP and Balsa sandwich reinforced with Kevlar. The Dehler 43cws was the brainchild of Willy Dehler and is a highly innovative boat and a fashion setter then and now still very modish She is powered by a large mainsail and small jib all easily handled by two very powerful electric winches. Built to the tough Germanischer Lloyd rules the hull is made of Kevlar composite and balsa core with keel and all load bearing parts tied in to a massive steel floor making the vessel almost indestructible. For cruising the yacht is roomy, comfortable and light inside but turn her on to the wind and she flys at anything up to 11 knts. Such is her dynamic style she even looks fast tied up in dock. The Dehler 43 CWS offers a fantastic combination of lots of comfort and more than excellent sail performance. The interior offers three double cabins and two toilets. The layout is very practical and offers much space to move around and there is lots of storage space. The midship placed navigation table is perfectly located especially during sailing. In the rear section of the ship are two spacious double cabins. There are two toilets one with a separate shower. The saloon has a huge U-shaped sofa with a large table and 2 extra chars.
