Catalina 30 Mark Iii

This is a nice example of the world's most popular 30 footer.  She is the rare and desirable Mark III model.   Offered for sale by her knowlegable  owners who are moving to a larger boat.

Classic Catalina 30 interior layout with the optional dinette configuration.  Starting forward with a v-berth with an insert cushion;  Next aft is the head compartment to port with a marine toilet, sink with vanity, and hot and cold pressurized water system.  Large hanging locker opposite head.  The main cabin features a pedestal dining table with surrounding seating to port.  The dinette area converts to a double berth.  Straight settee to starboard.  The galley is aft to port with double stainless steel sink, hot and cold pressurized water, refrigeration, and lots of storage above and below Corian type counter tops.  The nav station is aft to starboard with storage and electrical panels.  There is a large athwartships berth aft of the nav station. Upgraded LED interior lighting.
