Built by Sanford Boat Company in Richmond, CA, in 1985.

FANCY has a 3/4 rig, self-tending jib, electric winches. Easy single-handed, outstanding performer. Adapted from a Herreshoff design. Professionally maintained, indoor storage.

Located below the main saloon's center seat is the engine. It's a 1995 Yanmar, model 4JH2E, 4 cylinder, 37hp. Fresh water closed cooling system, nickle/copper engine bed, 12V alternator.

The propeller shaft is stainless steel, the cutlass bearings rubber, bronze seacocks, 12V Rule 500 automatic bilge pump, electric bilge pump. The rudder is wooden and skeg hung. Edson wheel steering with wooden spokes.

An integrated copper/nickle diesel fuel tank is located in the bilge. Holding capacity is 70 gallons.

Two water tanks are located in the bilge. Total capacity is 150 gallons.

Hot and cold pressure water in the head and at the galley.

Two, 10lb propane tank for the cabin heater and galley stove is situated in the deck box.

NextGen 3.5Kw generator and 12V DC WhisperGen generator.

Shorepower with shore power cord.

Inverter - Heart Freedom 2500 watts.

Navigation lights.

LED masthead light with tri-color navigation lights.

12V master battery switch: (4) battery switches, solenoid operated w/manual back-up.
