K. Aage Nielsen Design #324 Auxiliary Sailboat - Butterfly

BUTTERFLY: Handsome Keel/Centerboard sloop from the famous Aage Nielsen drawing board.Designed with low proflie trunk cabins so that there would be "nothing to impede visibility forward and allow more efficient line and sail handling, " all to serve those interested in racing.

She has wheel steering, a generous cockpit and lots of accommodation space below.

Maynard Bray's book "Worthy of the Sea," displays her lines on page 184, and her interior layout on page 185.

There are tie-rods for the side deck to the Main Hatch carlin.
