The CLIPPER 31 is a unique small trawler designed for the Australian charter market. They offer upscale fit and finish with rich teak millwork and solid fiberglass construction. The Cipper 31 can sleep six, yet is really comfortable for two. She has the very economical  4 cylinder 80HP Ford Lehman with low engine hours ready for fishing or cruising. 

Over $6,000 invested in new electronic's and canvas. The new buyer repaired the recommendations listed on the survey, plus some that the surveyor did not see. She has been used extensively for cruising and fishing.  

Owner wants to buy a bigger boat.

The Master Stateroom is forward with a large comfortable V-berth. A deep hanging locker to starboard is larger than you would expect. In suite head with stainless sink and plenty of storage is to port.

The large "L" shaped galley with three burner stove and oven, a deep double stainless steel sink with hot and cold pressurized water is to port as you enter from the cockpit. Just forward of the galley on the port side is a dinette that converts to a double berth  - opposite is a full length settee that makes to to another double.

Forward of the settee is the lower helmsman's seat with instrumentation console above. 

The upper deck has it's own steering station, engine controls and instrumentation. There is plenty of room for deck chairs and lounging topside!
