Grebe 40 Yawl - 40 Yawl

Bulls eye is a 1966 40 Foot Grebe Yawl.  She is a one of a kind classic sail boat.  She is strongly built and has proven her sailing abilities on offshore passages and races.  Everyone who has sailed on her is impressed with her speed and sea kindly ways.  Her knowledgeable owner has kept up all maintenance and has made many upgrades.  Bulls eye is a beautiful boat under sail and at the dock.

She sleeps 5:  2 in the forward V berth cabin, 1 on each of the port and starboard settees and 1 additional on the starboard pilot berth. 

Down the companion way to starboard is the galley with nav station and electronics opposite to port. The refrigerator and engine access are on the aft bulkhead.  To port is an L shaped settee with dining table and fold up extension.  Opposite to starboard is a settee with pilot berth above and outboard.  A private V berth cabin is forward with head, shower and vanity to port and a hanging locker and drawers opposite to starboard.

Traditional new teak and holly sole, 12 stainless ports, new burgundy fabrics and white overhead.  Furnishings are teak and mahogany in a very clean and warm salon.  No expense has been spared (ie. $5K in new port lights) to make her as comfortable to live below as she is to sail on deck.
