Beneteau First

The Beneteau First 345 is one of Jean Berret's most popular designs. As one of the world's leading line of racer/cruisers, the First series was designed for the most demanding racers, providing the perfect blend of performance sailing with comfortable accommodations below. Whether club racing or family cruising- either way you win. Come take a look! When viewing this boat please notice NEW Diesel, New Shaft, NEW Prop, NEW bottom paint, NEW Canvas, replaced standing rigging!

Starting forward you will find a spacious V berth, with shelves down both sides. To port there is a hanging locker with a mirrored door and a seat for changing. To starboard there is another hanging locker, with a shelf over it and a cubby behind it for more storage. There are reading lights on each side. Ventilation comes from an overhead hatch, while nicro vents in the fixed overhead lights provide passive ventilation. Next aft is the salon. The salon in the First 345 is extremely well lit, due to it's extended sliding overhead hatch; if it's a hot sunny day the retractable screen keeps the sun out. There is a centerline drop leaf dining table. The starboard settee has storage below and behind the cushions as well as a bookshelf, liquor locker and shelf storage behind it. The port settee is L-shaped and also has storage below and behind it. There is a custom microwave cabinet and shelf storage behind it. Next aft on starboard is the nav station. Forward facing, the roomy chart table gives you lots of space for your charts. All controls are right at your fingertips and there is plenty of storage for your things. Continuing aft is another cabin with plenty of room in the double berth for two. There is a hanging locker, a fan and three opening ports in this cabin for lots of ventilation. Across from the nav station on the port side is the galley. With centerline sinks, large countertop spaces and lots of storage below and behind the counters and stove, there is plenty of room to prepare meals while under way or when you've finished for the day and are relaxing in a quiet anchorage. Aft of the galley is the head- spacious for a 34' boat, away from the berths, with an opening port for ventilation.
