Tradewind 31 - Priced for quick sale

"Winsinge" is a 1970 Tradewind 31 sailboat with a full inventory of equipment, currently available for viewing at our boatyard in Point Hudson, Port Townsend. The boat is powered by an Atomic 4 gas engine which is not currently operational.

Layout from bow:

Anchor locker /v-berth / head to port / galley to starboard/ table in midship location with berth to port / locker to port with aft berth under cockpit both port & starboard. Steps up to cockpit / tiller steering/ engine below cockpit accessable behind steps.

Navigation equipment : Knotmeter, Apelco VXL 5110 VHF-FM radio, Sitex SH-2 fish finder/ depth sounder, ICOM GPS Chartplotter GP- 360ML, Danforth Corsair Compass, First Mate Marine Auto-Pilot TS - 8

Galley : Ice box, 2 burner Regal LPG Stove, Sink & foot pump

Anchoring : 25lb CQR, 2x Danforth with chain & 200ft rode
