De Fever Trawler Yacht - Priced to sell!

Only regretfully for sale, this well traveled and cherished yacht has had many upgrades in recent months and years. 'Lady Satrece' has been a holiday home to her owners for the last decade, cruising the region on extended fishing and diving trips. She comes to the market with all cruising gear and accessories, a complete and very high quality galley inventory, three highly appointed cabins, all mattresses, sheets and curtains new in 2012, three air conditioning units (two new in 2010 including compressors) and all mod cons.

Above decks the yacht has had new 308 stainless steel guardrail stanchions, new flybridge canopy, new aft canopy and new mast c/w radome, nav lights and floodlights fitted in 2010. All topsides were repainted in 2010 and the teak decks are in excellent condition.

The Volvo engines (200hp each) have been completely rebuilt in 2010 plus new shafts and props installed.

The yacht offers three cabins with the owners suite aft. Moving down into the aft section the bathroom is on the starboard side adjacent to the owner's suite. The main saloon has good settee arrangements and excellent ventilation. The large fridge / freezer (240v) has been built into the cabinetry in the aft corner. Moving forward, the galley is down and to starboard opposite the crew cabin. A large forward double cabin completes the accommodation plan. Each cabin has air conditioning.

All teak facing and cabinetry has been replaced or restored with quality teak, some windows replaced plus all new framing and trim. The presentation as a whole is excellent.
