Viking Cockpit My - Priced for quick sale

"Calico Bill" is a very nicely done custom 50' yacxhtfish. She started life as a standard Viking 43' Aft Cabin MY and appears to have had a professionally done cockpit addition.

She shows very well for her year and her owner states all is in working order with the exception of the air conditioning. In the 80's, her 6-71 Detroits were the "go to" engines for reliability, economy and performance, as well as ease of repair anywhere in the world (which is still quite true).

At her, very reasonable, price we do not expect her to stay on the market too long! 

Board via cockpit or side decks to spacious aft sun deck; up a few steps to flybridge w/tournament style bridge and guest seating forward of helm; down to light and airy salon with no lower helm to get in the way; forward and down to starboard galley and dining area opposite; forward to guest stateroom w/V-berth and head; aft to master stateroom w/centerline queen and ensuite head.
