Gulf Craft Sail - Price just reduced

Need a big blue water boat, but on a budget?  Can do some renovations and upgrading yourself? Then, by all means take a look at this center cockpit ketch. Western wind has a full keel/6'draft with large rudder. 

V-berths; two (2) heads; workshop on port side, next to engine room; galley on starboard along pass thru to aft cabin w. athwartships double bunk and separate head. Main cabin offers L-shaped dinette on port; settee on starboard.  There are eight (8) non-opening portlights, each with thick acrylic backing for safety. 

Boat was built in Florida, but economics of the times has shut down the factory. The Gulf Craft is the only one ever built; the owner is deceased; there is no detailed information on  Western Wind. 

If you're looking for a stout boat you'll have to come, from wherever you are, and look for yourself. I have tried to give a good representation about the boat both in words and photos.  I spent several days trying to find out about Gulf Craft and ended up on the mailing list of a company in Dubai that makes, also under the name Gulf Craft!, fancy boats.
