"RICHILIEU" is from the drawing board of renowned Naval Architect Ed Monk Jr.  Her esthetically pleasing profile gives way inside to a well thought-out spacious interior which offers a bright open salon and two staterooms with two heads & stall showers, all adorned in beautiful handcrafted satin finished Japanese Sen Wood.  

"RICHILIEU'S" current owner purchased the vessel in 2005 and since has kept her on Lake Union in Seattle in freshwater moorage.  The vessel has been well maintained and is an incredibly "Couple Friendly" cruising motor-yacht that you will have to see to appreciate. 

Notable features, interior arrangements and lower deck areas include a transom door leading to a spacious aft deck, a large open and bright salon which is accessed via the aft deck through a large sliding teak framed glass door.  The lower salon area houses an L-shaped freestanding sofa, two barrel chairs, wetbar w/ice maker while the upper salon area offers a large u-shaped galley and lower helm station with factory helm seat.  Forward of the salon is the spacious owners stateroom which offers a queen island bed and ensuite head with a stall shower.  Aft of the owner’s stateroom is the guest stateroom which offers over & under beds and the guest head which offers a stall shower.  This owner/guest arrangement is perfect for the times you traveling with young children, so you can keep them close yet still have enough space between the staterooms for everyone to have their privacy. Below the galley is an equipment room which houses the inverter system, washer/dryer, hot water heater and it offers great storage capacity and access to the engine room.  The floors throughout the vessel are a combination of Sen wood parquet and beautiful custom carpeting.  The general condition of the handcrafted raised panel wood cabinetry, windows & window frames and areas below decks all seem to be in better than average condition.
