Fisher Fairways Marine 37 Pilothouse

This Fisher 37 is in beautiful condition. Her hull is awlgrip Flag blue painted in 2009, she has North sails that are like new and her systems are in good working order with new air conditioning and heat in 2012. She is reported to have been in dry storage for some 15 years of her total years. She has sailed in Europe and the US. She is currently a US Coast Guard documented vessel.

Entry into the Pilothouse is through a door on the port side of the cockpit. On the port side as you enter is a shelf with storage below. The steering station is directly ahead, with instruments overhead. The visibility from the pilothouse helm is very good. To starboard in the pilothouse is an L-shaped seating area around a removable table. The floorboards in the pilothouse are removable to access the Ford sabre 80 hp diesel.

The companionway down to the saloon is in the forward starboard quarter of the pilot house. The head is located at the base of the steps to starboard. The galley is at the base of the steps to port. The saloon is spacious and has a dinette to port and a settee to starboard. There is good storage outboard and above the dinette and the settee. There is a diesel cabin heater on the forward bulkhead to starboard with soapstone tiles from Holland around to protect the teak bulkhead.

The V-berth is very large and the berths are set low so that they are easy to access. There is a big hatch above for ventilation with a screen. There are lockers aft in the forward cabin for additional stowage.
