New Yanmar, electronics, sails, Awlgrip, sea cocks, hatches, outboard and many more new items has this boat looking and performing beautifully after a recent extensive refit and upgrade by her current owner. A lot of what has been replaced may not have needed it, however the owner is a perfectionist who is proud of his boat and likes things to be done right so no expense has been spared on her! For added comfort she is also equipped with a very young low hour generator and full air con throughout. Originally the refit was in preparation for a transatlantic crossing to the BVI but plans changed and she was then shipped from the UK to here last winter.

Starting most forward is the ensuite forward head.  The head includes a centerline aft facing toilet with shelved unit to port and the hand basin to outboard to starboard.  Aft of the forward head is a Pullman double berth to starboard with hanging locker and drawers aft of a settee to port.

Next aft in the main salon and to port is a linear settee.  Opposite to starboard is the dining area with C shaped settee surrounding the dining table and love seat inboard for additional seating. There are cupboards and shelves above the settee for additional storage.  The dining table can also be converted into a double berth as required.

Aft to port is the forward facing navigation station with dedicated navigator’s seat.  The navigation station has drawers below the chart table and shelving outboard along with the communication and navigation instruments mounted outboard.  Further aft of the navigation station is the aft head to port.  The head has a hand basin most forward with an inboard facing toilet.  The head is accessed from the main salon.

Opposite to starboard is the L shaped galley.  The double sinks are forward followed by the stove.  There is a built in microwave unit outboard aft, forward of this are eye level storage cupboards with plenty of counter top space, below which are the side opening fridge and the top opening freezer unit most aft.

Further aft are the two mirror image aft cabins.  Each having hanging locker and drawers most forward of the double beds. The whole of the vessel gives a lovely airy, light ambiance that has a very modern styling with plenty of space and ventilation in all areas.
