1994 Grand Banks? 36 Classic Single Caterpillar 3208 NA “Heaven Sent”

"Heaven Sent" is a beautifully maintained Grand Banks classic! Her fastidious owner has spared no expense to keep this timeless classic yacht in true "turn Key" condition. She is currently on land in Rock Hall, MD and fully winterized and shrink wrapped till spring! Photos of her interior were just taken on 11/23/2014 and her exterior photos were taken this season. She will not last long as there are very few listings that come on the market that are in this overall condition!

Construction:
Hand laid fiberglass Interlux epoxy undercoat (soda blasted, no blisters found, 5 layers of barrier coat applied, 2007)

Gel-coated fiberglass exterior (hull and super structure polished and polymer coated to a “like new appearance”, 2013) Painted Boot-top (2007)

Mechanical Equipment:
Single Caterpillar 3208 NA(210 HP diesel) 2415 hrs. Caterpillar service completed at 2000 hrs. to include fuel injectors, new hoses, rebuilt water pump, new risers, exhaust hose back to muffler, heat exchanger removed and flushed, and new gaskets on cooling system.

Side Power 7 hp bow thruster, twin prop Westerbeke 4.0 Kw genset w/sound enclosure and hydro-lift muffler Bilge pump, manual Drip pan under engine, FRP Engine raw water intake strainers, Fresh water outlet in engine room.

Fuel tanks, black iron, baffled, 402 USG total. Excellent condition.
