‘Gaia’ is a solid, stable and very comfortable sailing yacht, attracting admiring glances wherever she goes. Used as a live-aboard combined with skippered charters in the Med, she is ready for long distance blue water sailing. Her high freeboard and spacious interior make her an extremely dry boat and she is able to carry canvas in strong winds, affording very comfortable passage-making. The 2 cockpits makes her ideal for having passengers enjoying the sun and relaxing in the centre-cockpit, whilst in the steering cockpit all necessary boat-handling equipment for the crew is ready at hand. She sails well, safe and comfortable; even with strong winds. The ship has a nice low cabin structure and lots of deck space. Behind the anchor locker is a small working area with large hatch for storage of sailing and fenders. Below deck there is a spacious salon with light wooden interior. The salon has a large seating area, navigation area and long benches (two beds to make). To port is the galley - in the aft the owner's cabin with shower and toilet. To starboard is a hallway with shower and toilet. In the middle is the engine, easy to achieve. In the bow of the ship are two double cabins with wet cells (showers, toilets and sinks).
