Nordic Yacht Pilothouse Motor Yacht - Price just reduced

BELLA MARE is a traditional pilothouse cruising yacht that have been popular in the Pacific Northwest waters, where adverse weather often stress the importance of a secure inside helm station.  She is a true raised pilothouse design with good all-around cruising capabilities. The layout calls for three staterooms and two heads forward, both with stall showers. She has wide, protected sidedecks, a large cockpit with a transom door to the swim platform. The flybridge has a davit and a large deck for storage of a tender.  She was built on an efficient, notably seaworthy,  modified V-hull at the plant in Bellingham, Washington.

There are full walkaround decks, both port and starboard, with overhangs that shade the walkways and the salon windows. On both port and starboard side decks you also have a side opening gates for easy access when tied up to floating docks. The cockpit is covered by the flybridge overhang and has an aft deck curtain to totally enclose the cockpit.  There is a transom door to the swim platform, and a large storage area beneath the cockpit where the generator is located. All decks around the boat are Treadmaster non-skid.  Access to the main salon is through sliding doors from the cockpit, aft deck.  The interior of the boat is done in light colored, ash wood, with varnished finish. 

Forward in the salon, and to port is the easily accessable galley. Forward and up three steps is the raised pilothouse with settee & table to port, with a stairway to the flybridge to starboard. There are sliding doors on both side of the pilothouse to access the side decks. To port in the pilothouse is the stairway to the staterooms.  The flybridge helm is forward and centered, with seating to port, aft of the two hems seats.  On the FB aft deck is the radar mast, a large sun deck area, a rear access ladder from the cockpit, and an electric dinghy davit. 

Engine room access is available from two locations; one is via a bulkhead door in the rear of the port guest stateroom, and the 2nd access is via a large hatch in the aft cockpit deck that leads forward between the two 300 gallon fuel tanks and the two 100 gallon water tanks, leading you into the rear of the engine room.
