Nordic Tug 39 Flybridge (5 Week Share) - Fractional Ownership

Gateway’s Nordic Tug 39 Flybridge is custom built for our program, she sleeps up to 6 people and is equipped with Garmin electronics, AIS, autopilot with remote, radar, bow & stern thrusters, Sirius Satellite stereo system, swing-down built-in 22″ TV/DVD with HD antenna (receives HD TV signal in Puget Sound), rigid bottom Zodiac dinghy, kicker, SeaWise Davit system for easy deployment, propane cooktop, convection microwave, diesel furnace, 5kw Onan Generator, automatic fire suppression system, LED lighting, kayaks and Bike Friday folding bikes are also available. 

Where possible, we are installing similar equipment to the rest of the Gateway fleet.  For example, all the electronics are Garmin; larger chart plotter, radar, autopilot w/remote, AIS, and depth module.  Those familiar with the Aspen will have no problem recognizing heat or other controls, and when it comes to handling the boat, it will always be under your exact control with the addition of a thru-keel stern thruster to compliment the standard bow thruster.  

However, to differentiate the Nordics from the Aspens, we are taking a different tact in terms of electricity and other creature comfort items.  Gateway’s Nordic Tug 39 Flybridge comes equipped with an Onan 5kw Generator to power all the creature comforts including a full entertainment system and microwave oven.  The dinghy has rigid bottom and is gently lowered into the water using a very nice SeaWise davit system – simply turn the crank and watch the motor and dinghy move together in or out of the water, a six year old could do it. 

A neat idea?  How about a Blendshare that gives availability on both the Nordic and the Aspen?  That’s an unbeatable combination when you think about it… you could take the athletic Aspen when speed, stability, and efficiency are needed, and you can take the Nordic Tug (high in those qualities too) when you desire a little more of the cozy creature comforts found at home.
