This super comfortable Motor Yacht that is loaded with equipment!  The three staterooms and two heads offer the comfort normally found on much larger Yachts.  Two of the staterooms offer full walk-around queen berths with inner-spring mattresses and tons of storage.  They are both so nice, it would be hard to decide which the master is!

This 453 Pilothouse offers the rare and custom hardtop on the bridge as well as a fully enclosed (hard enclosure) aft deck.  These spaces are HEATED with hydronic diesel heat, so this boat truly is the perfect year round cruiser.  She offers custom aft deck seating (with storage) as well as wetbar, icemaker and tons of seating on the bridge.  The aft deck and bridge on this boat are additional year round living spaces!  What a comfortable design to head to Alaska and/or cruise the Inside Passage all year long!

Inside you will find a raised pilothouse (great visibility) with dedicated dinette, loads of beautifully warn Cherry Wood (solid) and high quality flex steel furnishings.  The Salon (stbd side) features a wraparound sofa, entertainment center and bar with Corian countertops (Fwd).  To port and with lots of windows you will find the galley that runs the length of the salon and offers an actual stove as well as microwave, coffee maker, cooktop, double under-counter fridge and freezer (sub-zero), huge sink and lots of storage.  She even has a trash compactor for efficient cruising "North" where most marinas do not accept trash!

Fully equipped with top of the line equipment, this Yacht has already had the big money spent on it to make it fully ready to cruise.  Full electronics (including auto-pilot, VHF, Chartplotter, open array radar, depth finder, aft facing camera and more) are at BOTH stations (upper helm and Pilothouse helm).  As mentioned above, the bridge and aft deck with hard enclosures are fully heated with hydronic diesel heat, making them comfortable living spaces in any weather and temperature conditions.  All below deck area's offer air conditioning as well as reverse cycle heat for year round comfort.  There is a large inverter with dedicated battery bank so you don’t have to run the diesel generator all the time when at anchor or underway.  The Bow AND Stern Thrusters make docking manageable even in blustery Winter conditions.  There is even a beautiful console dingy (RIB) with 25HP 4-stroke engine (with Power trim and tilt) and stainless davit system.

While she is very comfortable to cruise along at hull speed and burn less than 4 Gallons per Hour, she has the ability to cruise at 15 Knots and will top out near 20!  A nice feature when you are trying to beat the sunset or outrun the weather!

The normal "personal items" (clothes, dishes, decorations, etc.) on the vessel are excluded from the sale.  Boat related items like fenders, flares, docklines, etc. are included.

Just because this is a big comfortable cruiser doesn't mean you have to give up performance.  Her 420HP Cat Diesels can push her along at near 20 Knots when need be or cruise at hull speed for maximum efficiency of over 2 miles per gallon.  Best yet, the 453 rides on one of the most proven and sea-worthy Silverton hulls ever built, the 41/42 Convertible hull.  With a 17 degree deadrise, steep entry and big flair on the bow, this aft cabin runs more like an offshore convertible than a comfortable and roomy aft cabin!
