Classic Oyster Smack

This Essex Oyster Smack was fully rebuilt in 2004 by Dan Tester a respected shipwright who has refurbished and rebuilt a number of Essex Smacks in recent years. Commissioned in 2005 she was in reality a new boat; a 100% rebuild. Her owners from new have maintianed her in excellent condition; an engine was added in 2011 this has completed less than 100 hours running time and then in 2012 she was re-rigged with a topmast. All the work completed on this gorgeous boat has been completed with the utmost thought and care; she has an excellent racing record regularly completing within the lively competitive smack racing scene here on the east coast.
