October is well maintained year round and stored indoors nine months of the year.  She has served her current owner very well for 10 years but the time has come to sell her to a new owner with the time to enjoy all she has to offer.

OCTOBER has an exceptional versatile dayboat layout that can accommodate family and friends for a day of boating, fishing, water sports and a barbeque, as well as refined evening cocktail party,  a sit down dinner for six, or extended cruising for 4 adults!

The  layout offers a full galley and convertible dinette, a large back cockpit, all-weather protection and a wide panoramic view of your surroundings.

The owner\'s cabin is well appointed with a large vee-berth with a center fill cushion for added room to stretch out; a nice sized head with stall shower and vacu-flush toilet, Tank Watch 4 system

The convertible dinette can expand from seating for four to seating for six and also raises and lowers electronically to a comfortable double berth for two of the crew.

The large cockpit aft of the salon has a transom door which is clamshell-like unit that opens so that the cockpit deck continues to the back of the boat for easy access to the water, or boarding to and from the dock or your dinghy. It is like a pickup truck bed, you can carry easily carry a dinghy, jet ski, canoes, scooters, etc.

The cabin top  is flat so it can be used for stowage of large gear (kayaks, paddleboards, etc.) for playing or long trips yet the low clearance of the boat lets you keep moving on your cruises while other yachts are waiting for bridges to open.
