Bristol 31.1 - New arrival

WIG WAM is all set to launch. She has just been compounded and waxed and the bottom is painted.

This boat has just had many recent upgrades, and additions, but due to plans changing for the owner, she is coming on the market. Some of the recent upgrades include electronics, hatches, auto pilot and 3 new batteries.

WIG WAM is the only 31.1 on the market in New England, and currently on the hard in Gloucester, waiting for a new owner to experience the pride of ownership of an upgraded 31.1.

She shows well above and below deck, but will need the varnish rail to be recoated, and this will bring her back to top notch quality.

WIG WAM has the traditional Bristol lay out. The interior is a rich teak, and was freshly varnished last year. The cabin sole is teak and holly. Forward is the owners stateroom with a vee berth, and access to the anchor locker. Next, aft to port is the large head with a shower, and marine toilet. The main salon area has two bunks with storage above and behind. The centerline dropleaf table flips up to feed your crew, and has bottle storage in the center. The interior is very clean, and the cushions show well in a beige tweed. Aft of the table is the nav station to port with the ice box, and the full galley is to starboard. There is an amaizing amount of storage for a boat of this size, in drawers, cabinets, and under bunk areas. The teak joinery work is beautiful, and has been well cared for.
